How to take Fungton

Fungton works extremely fast in killing off the overgrowth of bad bacteria in your body that causes so many of our health problems. Like most all natural products there is a best way to take Fungton so it can work most effectively for you.

Start with 1/2 teaspoon in 6-8oz of water and drink on an empty stomach. Empty means no food or drink for at least 2 hours before and after taking Fungton. For most people this will work best if you take it at night before going to bed.

Make sure you drink plenty of water and have daily bowel movements as the toxins are going to be excreted through your kidneys and bowels. If you have reduced water intake or less bowel movements you could notice a very tired feeling. This happens because your body has no way to get rid of the killed bad bacteria. So please follow instructions.

After you have taken Fungton for 3 or 4 days you should then increase your dosage to a full teaspoon. Take this amount for the next 3 or 4 days as well. Then you should again increase your daily dose to 1 1/2 teaspoons at a time. Again, after 3-4 days of taking Fungton with no tired feeling you should then go to 2 teaspoons, then to a full tablespoon each day. Continue to increase the dosage every 3-4 days until you reach a maximum dose of 2 tablespoons daily. Take this amount until you feel good again. Do not increase dosage too quickly as this may result in some nausea. If this happens to you just revert back to the smaller dosage for a few days. Some people split the 2 tablespoons up to once in the morning and once in the evening. See which works best for you and gives you the best results.

To Get The Best Results

For best results, the more of an empty stomach you have, the better, quicker results you will see. With an empty stomach the Fungton can fully focus on killing the bad bacteria already present in in your system. If you eat or drink too soon before or after taking Fungton it may have to work on the new bad bacteria you are bringing into your system via the food or drink before it can attack what is already in your body. This means it will take longer to feel better.

Also, as much as possible, stay away from or at least limit your sugar intake. Sugar is deadly to your body's health. This bad bacteria and fungus thrives on sugar. The more sugar you eat and drink the less healthy you are. This includes the so called artificial sweeteners. Remember, bread and bread products are treated and broken down the same way in your body as is sugar. So cut back your bread intake as well.
